Chrysler vehicles

Welcome friends and Chrysler Enthusiast to another monthly newsletter, it is great to see some new people at our Club meetings again.

On the last club run, we ended up going to lake Bullocky Rest due to the huge cost of attending the maritime museum. We were expecting to get 30 people but due to the inclement weather we only got maybe two dozen however it was an enjoyable day out in the drizzle and the company was as good as it always is, catching up with people that we have not seen for some time.

This month of May is the last month that I will be putting the bids for the Swan Bonnet Emblem. Next month I will be announcing the successful bidder. To date the highest bid is $55.00. So, in the June Newsletter you will see the name of that bidder. That means after this newsletter we have one month left to get your bids in.

Our "travellers" have just arrived home from the USA - the land of the real motor cars, and will have some stories to tell next club meeting.

Next Club run

The next club run will be to the Rocklea Show grounds 16th June 2019.

This will be a fundraiser for the farmers so you will need to get your entry in and if you turn up on the day the club will be refunding you 50% of the entry cost (ie $5.00). I unfortunately will not be able to make it due to family commitment elsewhere. It would be nice to have about 18 plus cars get to this event as it is a fundraiser for the farmers.

This is a short one this month but I will keep you informed with the happenings of the club.

So, let us get out there, support the club on the runs, and have the fun that we all planned to have when we started with the Club.
