Chrysler vehicles

Welcome friends and Chrysler Enthusiast to another monthly newsletter, it is great to see some new people at our Club meetings again. I was asked again about the additions to the club rules regarding the three activities per year to maintain your membership as well your SIV rego at last month club meeting. I am currently putting some words together so that I can present it to the Office of fair trading to get it approved I propose to change section 4:
    4 CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP
        (a) The membership of the association consists of ordinary members.
        (b) The number of ordinary members is unlimited.
I propose to change it to:
    4 CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP
        (a) The membership of the association consists of Metropolitan members.
            a. Metropolitan members shall reside in the area known as Beenleigh north to the area known as Caboolture
            b. As well from the area known as Redlands Bay to the area known as Ipswich
        (b) The membership of the association consists of Country members
            a. These members will reside outside of the Beenleigh to Caboolture area and the Redlands Bay to Ipswich area. In the State of Queensland and any other State that is in the commonwealth of Australia.
I also plan to use under the Powers of the Association section
    x) To do all such other things as an included or considered to the attainment of the objects and the exercise of the powers of the Association
I plan to have attached to the Metropolitan Membership section
    a) The added piece [that all new members that join the Chrysler Owners Club after this has been agreed to, shall to maintain their membership and the SIV registration that comes as part of being a member of the club. Shall attend three activities per year if that is unachievable that they shall attend one activity plus attend Chrysler EXPO at whatever location it is held at within the Metropolitan area.
So let us get out there, support the club on the runs, and have the fun that we all planned to have when we started with the Club. Graham McLean
