  • Presidents’ Message – April 2016

Since the last newsletter we have had our Club run to The Ambulance Museum at Wynnum and had our March meeting. The requirement for local SEQ members to attend three club runs or meetings a year was discussed at the meeting. I would like to invite everyone along on the run this weekend. It’s an easy run to the coast ending in a laid back, low cost, family oriented event. Our next run will be to the Gold Coast Chryslers on The Coast show on Sunday 03/04/2016. It will be a great day with are many different Chrysler vehicles on display.

  • Presidents’ Message – March 2016

Since the last newsletter we have had our Club run to Archerfield and had our February meeting. From what I hear the run was well attended, and members got to meet some people from the Rootes Group, and Triumph car club. I hope everyone had a great time. Our next run will be to the Ambulance Museum at Wynnum. It should be an interesting day where we can see some of the different emergency vehicles they have on display. Please enjoy the day, drive safe, & have a great time.

  • Presidents’ Message – August 2015

Hello everyone. Another month has come & gone & we have had some cracker events, and great cruising weather. President’s day has been for another year, and I would have to say thanks to everybody that came along. The Bargain of the day would have been Roy’s boot full of door knobs. Anyone who is a bit handy around the house would have been more than happy picking up a box or two. Especially since he was giving them away. Yes folks they were all free. Plenty of other bargains were on offer also and I made out like a bandit.

The museum is expanding and we will have to go back again after the renovations are completed. Today will see me heading out to Mopar Mayhem, and with Mopar Sunday and Chrysler Expo coming up on the horizon the future

  • Presidents’ Message – June 2015

Hello, and welcome to the June 2015 Newsletter. Hello everyone. Another month has come and gone and we have had a great time rediscovering the enjoyment of driving our Signet. We went along on the Beenleigh historical village run, and I have also been taking it to work and doing some cruising on the weekends. Yes, it is fully registered & I’m getting some value from the $1000+ I pay each year for its rego. I am looking forward to the June run to Breakfast & the Indian bike Museum, and I will be also going out to Mopar Mayhem at Queensland Raceway. I have

  • Presidents’ Message – May 2015

Hello, and welcome to the May 2015 Newsletter. I hope that this newsletter finds everybody in good spirits and good health. I must admit Tina & myself have had a pretty laid back month with not a lot going on. (Car wise) We came along for the run to Petrie markets, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will have to personally thank Ron for the work he has done on my Signet and it was great to get in & drive it again. Now that the electrics have been sorted out, I just have to give it a service &
